Healthy Choc Muffins
INGREDIENTS Dry mix: 1 cup of mix, morning companion 1/2 cup oats 1 heaped tbs cocoa powder 1 level tbs baking soda 1 and 1/2 cups plain flour, sifted dark choc nibs Wet mix: 2 bananas 1 and 1/2 cups milk 1 tbs extra stevia or sugar or if you require METHOD FOR WET MIX: Add all dry mix in bowl Chop up banana and milk and blitz Add extra sweetener if required Combine with spoon and add to muffin tray for the muffins: Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced.
