Healthy Empire Oat Pancakes
OAT PANCAKES INGREDIENTS 1 large banana 2 eggs 50ml almond milk or your choice of milk 1/3 cup Healthy Empire smoothie mix 2 tb oats 1/2 teaspoon baking powder optional pinch of salt no sugar maple syrup to serve (optional) or 1tbs coconut yoghurt to serve METHOD Combine the mix, ripe bananas, egg, milk, baking powder and a pinch of salt in a blender and blend until smooth and thick. Cook a spoonful of the batter in a drop of oil in a non-stick frying pan set over medium-high heat until golden brown on both sides and cooked through....
